From the Back Cover --

TO OUR LITTLE SISTERS WITH LOVE is a refreshing approach to career preparation for young African-American women entering the workforce. The dialogue speaks to issues that are far too often unspoken elements that young sisters need to start a career path of success. This book is designed to engage the young reader through use of examples and assignments to illustrate important points. Each chapter explores an essential stage of the career process, like…

• What to do before entering the workplace
• Expectations on the first day
• Getting your fi rst performance review
• When it’s time to leave

Young African-American women will leave this book with an affirmation that they, like many sisters before them, can achieve success in today’s work environment!
