I moved to Las Vegas in 1974. Within a few months, my picture was in the entertainment magazines next to Frank Sinatra and Liberace. A year after that, my name was up in lights on a marquee in front of a major casino on the Las Vegas strip. I met an American icon, Joe Louis, the greatest heavyweight boxer of all times, then married his daughter Candice, the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen. I worked for the owners of the Aladdin, the owner of the Dunes, and the Chairman of the Board of Bally’s. Case closed. Back in the day, the dress code was suit coats and evening gowns. Now we have bikini clad dealers and sexy girls on stripper poles. I’ve enjoyed compiling over 400 Las Vegas jokes, stories and memories from the Old Days to the New Days.
