It hides opportunity and helps bury the poor under the sand. Whatsoever we receive we are also encouraged to give, In numerous instances God has spoken directly to those in the position to help change the status of the poor and offered personal guarantee to replenish. Lack can be met as poverty can be cured but until the provisional remedy is prescribed to the poor, the handouts they often receive will further aid their impoverish state. Therefore the poor will always remain among us.
