In Beyond The Stars, Dr. Virginia Manning introduces us to a young girl, Gladys, who at a tender age discovered that right thing. In doing so, she was able to conquer her cruel surroundings and achieve real success. What is "that right thing," you ask? That right thing is to accept and then nurture a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Gladys did and came to realize that she was a spiritual being having human experiences rather than a human being having spiritual experiences. Hence, she was able to reach beyond the stars to her source for all earthly things - her Heavenly Father.
